PROGRAMA CRIAR – CONTINUA A INSERIR NO MERCADO DE TRABALHO DEZENAS DE JOVENS
Com propósito de fomentar a empregabilidade de jovens recém-licenciados, o Programa CRIAR – Desenvolvimento Profissional tem vindo a inserir no mercado de trabalho dezenas de jovens que têm a oportunidade de adquirir conhecimentos teórico-práticos em programas “on job training” em diferentes áreas do saber para melhor desempenharem o seu papel.
Desde o lançamento do Programa em Fevereiro de 2023 a Centro de Formação Profissional TheBridge CFPTB, inseriu no mercado de trabalho mais de 80 jovens vindos de um conjunto de Instituições de Ensino Superior parceiras do programa que tem a possibilidade de ascender a cargos de chefia, oportunidades de novos empregos, maiores salários e a execução de tarefas com mais eficácia fruto do conhecimento adquirido.
Segundo uma nota de imprensa a que tivemos acesso, nesta quinta-feira (11), Euridce Quental e Nildo Camassa, deram início ao ciclo formativo profissional de 12 meses em Recursos Humanos e Finanças na empresa SGS, a materialização deste projecto ajuda a reduzir o índice de desemprego no país, garantindo a oportunidade de desenvolvimento de competências aos jovens.
O Criar é uma iniciativa da TheBridgeGlobal e conta com apoio da AECIPA e com o apoio institucional do Ministério dos Recursos Minerais, Petróleo e Gás.
Conta igualmente com a parceria de inúmeras empresas de vários outros sectores profissionais.
