Morreu no dia 9 de Fevereiro de 2023, em França, Siona Bole Casimiro Watulanta, vítima de doença, o decano dos jornalistas angolanos. Nasceu a 12 de Maio de 1944, em Matadi, sede provincial do Baixo Congo, República Democrática do Congo. Seus pais oriundos do município de Kuimba, província do Zaire, tinham emigrado para a citada região, na refrega da colonização portuguesa em Angola. Diplomado no Centro de Formação Profissional de Jornalismo de Paris, onde recebeu pela pela primeira vez a carteira profissional, em 1969, após estagiar na Agence Congolaise Press. Trabalhou depois em vários órgãos de comunicação social, fora e dentro do país, mormente, na ANGOP, PANA, etc. Até a data chefe de redacção do Jornal O Apostolado e membro do Conselho Editorial da Rádio Ecclesia, ambos órgãos tutelados pela CEAST – Conferência Episcopal de Angola e São Tomé. Coordenou em Kinhsasa, o projecto da criação da Associação Democrática dos Jornalistas Angolanos no exílio e, um dos co-fundadores do Sindicato dos Jornalistas Angolanos e do MISA-Angola.
