UNIVERSIDADE DE LUANDA REALIZA II° CONFERÊNCIA CIENTÍFICA COM OLHOS NA PROMOÇÃO DA INVESTIGAÇÃO DE QUALIDADE.
A Universidade de Luanda, realiza de 20 à 24 de Maio, a II° Conferência Científica, na sua unidade orgânica do Instituto Politécnico de Gestão, Logística e Transportes (IPGST), cita ao lado paralelo ao Estádio 11 de Novembro, no Distrito Urbano da Cidade Universitária, em Luanda.
O Reitor da instituição Alfredo Buza avançou numa conferência de imprensa esta quinta-feira, 16, que o objetivo desta actividade científica é de promover acima de tudo, a investigação científica de qualidade, incentivar a inovação tecnológica e a extensão universitária, discutir soluções para os desafios do desenvolvimento sustentável, fortalecer a capacidade de investigação da Universidade de Luanda, promover a colaboração entre a academia, o sector público e privado e a sociedade civil, bem como contribuir para o desenvolvimento do país, e da comunidade global.
O Professor Catedrático não deixou de enfatizar que a Conferência Científica da Universidade de Luanda (CCUL), é um espaço de apresentação de resultados de investigação, debates sobre temas relevantes para o desenvolvimento sustentável, estabelecimento de parcerias entre instituições de ensino superior e pesquisa, divulgação do conhecimento científico para a comunidade e a inspiração e motivação para jovens investigadores e estudantes.
Este projecto que visa promover a investigação científica de qualidade foi criado no espírito do 24 de Maio, conhecido como o “Dia da Universidade”.
Serão aguardados participantes e preletores estrangeiros vindos da Universidade da Bahia, República Federativa do Brasil, que durante estes quatro dias vão essencialmente olhar para temas como, potencialidades e perspectivas para cooperação, inovação e empreendedorismo: oportunidades e desafios para promoção do desenvolvimento sustentável e a redução da pobreza e a criação artística, formação e práticas culturais para o desenvolvimento sustentável e inclusivo, só para citar.
A Universidade de Luanda é uma instituição superior de natureza pública, criada ao abrigo do Decreto Presidencial n° 285/20, de 29 de Outubro, cujo estatuto está consagrado no Decreto Presidencial n° 282/21, de 1 de Dezembro.
Conta com a Faculdade de Serviço Social, o Instituto de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação e o Instituto Politécnico de Gestão, Logística e Transportes como suas unidades orgânicas.
