TENENTE DAS FAA EM CONLUIO COM ADMINISTRAÇÃO E COMANDO DA PN DE VIANA ENVOLVIDOS EM USURPAÇÃO E VENDA ILEGAL DE TERRENO.
Um oficial da Polícia Militar (PM), das Forças Armadas Angolanas (FAA), que ostenta supostamente a patente de Tenente, de nome Sozinho Mendes Fumissi, está a ser acusado de liderar a gang de burladores que se querem apropriar de forma ilegal de um vasto terreno de aproximadamente 3 hectares, uma herança deixada ao cidadão Miguel Lumingo de 54 anos, na zona do Distrito Urbano da Vila Flor, adjacente a Avenida Fidel de Castro Ruz vulgo Via Expressa, Município de Viana.
Viera Gaspar Vieira, primo do legítimo proprietário o cidadão Miguel Lumingo, em entrevista exclusiva a Rádio Casimiro, revela que o invasor, o tenente Sozinho Mendes Fumissi, faz as suas acções de ocupação ilegal de terreno com auxílio de efectivos da Polícia Nacional afectos ao Comando Municipal de Viana, de uma patrulha da Polícia Militar e da Fiscalização Municipal.
“O senhor Tony, um cidadão que se dedica na venda de terrenos, é quem em 2022 nos apresentou o senhor Fumissi, que depois em conluio pretendiam sem o nosso consentimento vender o nosso terreno, uma herança deixada pelos meus tios, no caso país do meu primo Miguel Lumingo desde os anos 80, cuja legalização conseguimos apenas em 2004 através da concessionária” frisou, acrescentando que depois com a ajuda de altos funcionários da Administração Municipal de Viana, o Tenente e o seu amigo conhecido apenas por Tony, conseguiram falsificar documentos passados como titulares do terreno, e que com má fé venderam com urgência a uma cidadã.
A fonte denúncia ainda que esta prática do oficial militar e companhia não é de agora, sendo que terão já se apropriado de outros espaços tidos como estratégicos para a actividade comercial de cidadãos estrangeiros maioritariamente de nacionalidade chinesa e veitnamita.
“As ambições dos invasores no nosso terreno não é de agora, permita-me que lhe explique, que em 2014, enfrentamos uma outra luta na justiça com a Empresa Práxis-Agricultura e Pecuária, SA, que vieram aqui parar por intermédio do Director do Gabinete de Desenvolvimento e Aproveitamento Hidráulico do Kikuxi (GADAHKI), por isto apelam os órgãos de justiça que interfiram afim de repor a legalidade e resolver os problemas de invasão que a tanto tempo lhes aflige.
As makas envolvendo a apropriação e venda ilegal de terrenos protagonizados por Sozinho Mendes Fumissi que seguia os seus trâmites legais na Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR), Polícia Judiciária Militar, do SIC Geral, e de mais dois tribunais, já tem uma sentença que dá razão ao legítimo proprietário, Miguel Lumingo, conforme o processo com o n°09/2023-H, da Sala Civil e Administrativo do Tribunal de Comarca de Belas, datada de 27 de Dezembro de 2023, que temos em posse.
