No quadro das acções de formação contínua do efectivo, do SP, deram início, segunda-feira, 23 de Setembro de 2024, em Mbanza Kongo, parcela territorial da Província do Zaire, as aulas de capacitação e preparação combativa, cujo acto decorre no Estabelecimento Penitenciário do Nkiende, em Mbanza Kongo.
A cerimónia de abertura foi presidida pelo Director Provincial do Serviço Penitenciário, Subcomissário Prisional, Ezequiel Mango Kalupeteca, que esteve ladeado do Inspector Prisional Chefe,André Tuzolana, chefe do Departamento de Segurança Penal.
A formação incluirá aulas sobre técnicas e tácticas de enfrentamento de manifestações externas, ordem unida, continência e honras militares, prontidão, técnicas e tácticas de enfrentamento, montagem e desmontagem do armamento em uso no Serviço Penitenciário.
Refira-se que, cerca de 70 efectivos dos Estabelecimentos Penitenciários da Direcção Provincial participam da acção formativa.
