DEPOIS DA DENUNCIA PUBLICA SOBRE PESSIMAS CONDIÇOES DE HABITABILIDADE, MORADORES DO CONDOMINIO NOVA LISBOA NO ZANGO 4, QUEIXAM-SE DE REPRESALIAS, POR PARTE DA GESTAO DO PROJECTO.
No Zango 4, Moradores do Condómino Nova Lisboa dizem sofrer represálias depois denunciarem publicamente as condições de habitabilidade com a inexistência de serviços básicos como a luz e a ineficiência de segurança dentro do projecto residencial ainda em construção.
Com a projecção de mais de 1000 residências, O condómino Vila Lisboa, no Zango 4 se apresenta como um projecto em construção cuja meta da conclusão das obras está definida para dois 2027. Alguns moradores decidiram celebrar os contratos com administração do condómino, muito antes de as casas serem concluídas, eles serem responsáveis pela conclusão da obra de cada uma das habitações adquiridas. Porém as condições que o condóminio oferece aos primeiros moradores está a desencorajar a continuidade dos mesmos que depois denunciarem publicamente as condições precárias agora queixam-se de sofre represálias pela administração do referido condomínio
Adilson Maneco, director Geral adjunto do grupo condómino nova LISBOA, socorre aos termos dos contratos que permitiram a entrada de alguns moradores sem que a casa reunisse as condições para o efeito.
